Herman Lee Bell was born in Vaughn, MS on April 12, 1942 to the late Leve Bell and Dora Davis Bell. He attended Yazoo County Schools.
He was baptized at a young age at Bells Chapel MB Church in Vaughan, MS.
He was preceded in death by one child, Alice Bell and two brothers, William Clinton Bell and Woodroe Bell.
He leaves to cherish his memories: four children, Herman Bernard Bell, Jason (Tywanna) Bell, Woody Bell, Anthony Bell; two brothers, Eddie Bell Jr. (Dorothy), Homer Bell; six sisters, Katie M Person, Jeraldine Chatman, Alice Mae Levy, Mary Lee Davis, Annie B Morris, Dorothy Jean Woodberry; sister-in-law, Shirley Bell and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
